If you haven’t been to the Longton Library lately, you need to come visit us! We are in our new building with our new shelving and should be getting our new computers soon. We’re going to have a lot of new exciting things going on, including art displays, and our summer reading program. Wireless internet is also on it’s way! As always, we can help you with your computer, faxing and copying needs – there is so much more to the library than just books!
We are always getting in new books, including a bunch of new Junie B. Jones book, if you have a younger reader in your home! We get books on rotation from the SouthCentral Kansas Library, so make sure you check with us often! If we don’t have the book you’re looking for, Ask Us! We can order it in for you!
We also now have a good variety of VHS and DVD movies, books in large print and books on tape.
